Frequently Asked Questions
For most wood-burning fireplaces, we recommend a chimney sweep at least once a year – or more often if you use your fireplace heavily during the season.
In many homes, a standard chimney sweep takes about 60–90 minutes. Heavier buildup, access challenges or multiple flues can take longer.
Our process is designed to keep your home clean. We use drop cloths, covers and professional vacuums to contain dust and soot, and we clean up the work area before we leave.
